| CLOSED | A closed PayPal Item Not Received case. |
| MY_RESPONSE_DUE | A response from the user in the PayPal Item Not Received case is due. |
| OPEN | An open PayPal Item Not Received case. |
| OTHER | The status of the PayPal Item Not Received case is 'other'. |
| OTHER_PARTY_RESPONSE_DUE | A response from the other party in the PayPal Item Not Received case is due. |
