Enumeration Values
| Value | Description |
| CLOSED | Closed Returned Item case. |
| CLOSED_FVFCREDIT_STRIKE | The Returned Item case has been closed with a Final Value Fee (FVF) credit applied to the buyer's account and a strike applied against the party at fault. |
| CS_CLOSED | Returned Item case has been closed by customer service. |
| EXPIRED | The life of the Returned Item case has expired. |
| MY_RESPONSE_DUE | A response from the user in the Returned Item case is due. |
| OTHER | The status of the Returned Item case is 'other'. |
| OTHER_PARTY_RESPONSE_DUE | A response from the other party in the Returned Item case is due. |
