Enumeration Values
| Value | Description |
| CLOSED | A closed Unpaid Item case. |
| CLOSED_FVFCREDIT_NOSTRIKE | The Unpaid Item case has been closed with a Final Value Fee credit applied to the winning party's account but with no strike applied against the party at fault. |
| CLOSED_FVFCREDIT_STRIKE | The Unpaid Item case has been closed with a Final Value Fee credit applied to the winning party's account and a strike applied against the party at fault. |
| CLOSED_NOFVFCREDIT_NOSTRIKE | The Unpaid Item case has been closed with no Final Value Fee credit applied to the winning party's account and no strike applied against the party at fault. |
| CLOSED_NOFVFCREDIT_STRIKE | The Unpaid Item case has been closed with no Final Value Fee credit applied to the winning party's account but with a strike applied against the party at fault. |
| CS_CLOSED | The Unpaid Item case has been closed by customer service. |
| EXPIRED | The life of the Unpaid Item case has expired. |
| MY_PAYMENT_DUE | The user's payment in the Unpaid Item case is due. |
| MY_RESPONSE_DUE | A response from the user in the Unpaid Item case is due. |
| OTHER | The status of the Unpaid Item case is 'other'. |
| OTHER_PARTY_RESPONSE_DUE | A response from the other party in the Unpaid Item case is due. |
