To redirect a user to the eBay international sign-in page, an application needs to replace .com the eBay US domain with a domain of interest in this eBay US sign-in URL:

https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SignIn&runame=runame

The equivalent for the eBay international sites should be:

France https://signin.ebay.fr/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SignIn&runame=runame

Germany https://signin.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SignIn&runame=runame

Austria https://signin.ebay.at/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SignIn&runame=runame

Spain https://signin.ebay.es/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SignIn&runame=runame

Hong Kong https://signin.ebay.com.hk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SignIn&runame=runame

An application can also use the eBay localized standard accept-response and reject-response pages. Here are the Germany version of the eBay standard accept-response and reject-response URLs:
