There are also a few ways to report an item manually through the eBay interface.
1. You can go to customer support and report item, http://ocs.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?CustomerSupport&popularTool=true&query=1732&search=1&popularToolName=Report%20an%20Item
2. On the right side of the screen just below the item info there is a "Report item".
3. Go to the view item page (select an item and view its description), below the description in a tabular column with heading "VeRO Reporting tool" option is displayed to report the item. (not available for all users)
